How Can You Use Your Own TBMYO Orientation Assistant?

You do not need a paid ChatGPT account for this purpose. You can use your own ChatGPT account by following the steps below.

1. Open ChatGPT

2. Upload the Files

Use the file upload (+ / paperclip) option in the message box to upload the TBMYO orientation files that you downloaded from this page.

If possible, upload all three files within the same conversation.

3. Send the Initial Instruction

Send the initial instruction provided in the “ChatGPT Usage Instructions” document to ChatGPT.

Do Not Share Your Personal Data

health information,
private or sensitive personal information.
