Application Steps
To ensure that your internship application process proceeds smoothly, please follow the steps below in the specified order:
- Preliminary Approval: To avoid having to repeat application procedures, students are advised to obtain verbal or written preliminary approval from their Department Internship Supervisor after selecting the company where they intend to complete their internship and before submitting an application through BYS.
- BYS Application: Between April 27 and May 15, 2026, submit your internship application through the “Request and Application Procedures / Internship Application” section in BYS.
- Company Approval: After submitting your application, an e-mail will be sent to the relevant company through the system. Students are responsible for ensuring that the authorized company representative approves this e-mail in order for the internship application to proceed.
